Samantha Gravolin

Podiatrist

Bachelor of Podiatry & Member of the Australian Podiatry Association

Samantha completed her Bachelor of Podiatry program at the University of Newcastle and is a member of the Australian Podiatry Association. Born and raised in North Epping, Sam spent most of her childhood trapezing though the local bushland and breaking a few bones here or there. This has given Sam a true love of hiking as it’s a little less risky than other sports, taking her to Tasmania for the Overland and Three Capes Treks adding a little white water rafting along the Frankland River as well as the Larapinta trail in Northern Territory. She’s also trying to convince her fiancé to complete the Milford Sound hike in New Zealand and even attempt the Camino de Santiago.
Samantha took an interest in podiatry through desiring to be in healthcare but having a more consistent role in getting people back on their feet. She has since developed a keen interest in all things podiatry, whether it be pesky warts, corns or ingrown toenails where she tries to get them out with as little pain as possible. Or those more complex cases of biomechanics, orthotics and paediatrics. She’s also good for a chat during a general treatment and loves to get to know her patients and their families, she’s even found a couple mutual connections. Sam has also just gotten back from a Europe trip in July and loves talking about the crystal-clear water of Croatia or the sites of Rome.
